1. What KamerHive is
KamerHive is a community platform for discovering and listing events happening in Cameroon. Organizers submit events; visitors browse them, express interest, comment, and get in touch with organizers directly. KamerHive does not organize, run, or take responsibility for any event listed on the platform.
2. Submitting an event
- Every submitted event is reviewed before it appears publicly. Approval isn't guaranteed, and events can be rejected or removed for any reason, including (but not limited to) inaccurate information, spam, duplicate listings, or content that violates these terms.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit — date, time, location, price, and description. If an event changes or is cancelled, update it or cancel it from your organizer dashboard as soon as you know.
- Don't submit an event you don't have the right or authority to organize or promote.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use KamerHive to:
- Post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading events
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone in comments or messages
- Spam the platform with fake or repeated submissions
- Scrape or automate access to the site outside of normal browsing
Content that breaks these rules can be removed, and repeat or serious violations may result in future submissions being blocked.
4. No liability for events themselves
KamerHive is a listing service, not the organizer. We aren't involved in, and take no responsibility for, what actually happens at an event — safety, quality, refunds, cancellations, or any dispute between an organizer and an attendee. Attend and organize at your own judgment and risk.
5. Payments
KamerHive does not process payments or sell tickets. Where an event is marked "Paid," any payment (cash, Mobile Money, or otherwise) happens directly between the organizer and attendee, entirely outside the platform. KamerHive is not a party to that transaction and can't help resolve payment disputes.
6. No warranty
KamerHive is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the platform will always be available, error-free, or that listed information is accurate or current.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continuing to use KamerHive after a change means you accept the updated terms.
